Why is my cat losing hair, not eating, sleepy, and has diarrhea?

My male cat is losing hair ,loss of appetite,no drinking water, sleepy,odor and diarrhea. What is wrong? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | 2 years and 1 month old | 15 lbs

It is possible that he is dealing with some type of systemic infection, intestinal parasite, etc. I would recommend having him examined by a vet, have his blood tested and his feces tested as an initial workup.
