Dog with CHF fainted after Lasix. Should I give more or call vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 12 years and 11 months old | 6.6 lbs

Took my half fox terrier chuiahha to vet she’s 12 has chf so vet put her on 0.5 Lasix few hours after giving it to her she what l thought died but obv fainted was laying down and became unresponsive n couldn’t feel heartbeat then came too drinking water but seems lethargic wont sleep just stares lm too scared to give her another lasix should l not give and wait till morning n ring vet

Syncope or fainting is common with progressive heart disease and it is possible she may also require additional medications alongside the lasix which are diuretics which reduce fluid build up on the lungs, if fainting is happening. I would recommend an emergency vet visit to assess fluid build up on the lungs and to try stabilise ger condition
