Why isn't my 3-month-old kitten's fur growing and whiskers breaking?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | 210 lbs

My 3 month abandoned kitten's fur inst growing much, i can see a lil bit of the skin, also her whiskers is breaking. She used to have a long whiskers but now its shorts. The fur on her belly part isnt growing at all. Is this normal? What should i do to make her have a lot of fur?

Some hair growth issues can be caused by ringworm, and I would recommend that Miho get checked out by a vet. Other causes of brittle hair or slow growth include improper nutrition, intestinal parasites, or other health issues. After examination and a medical history discussion, the vet can make recommendations for treatment or supplements to improve the condition of her fur.
