My 4-day-old Shar Pei puppy got stiff with tongue out. What happened?

My 4 day old shar pei went really stiff and had it's tongue out lasted a couple of minutes now seems ok any ideas as to what it could be please. Pet's info: Dog | Shar Pei | Male | unneutered | 2 days old

I would recommend that Hunter get checked out by a vet as soon as possible. These symptoms could indicate neurologic disease, heart or lung disease, hypoglycemia, among a few other things. 2 day old puppies could potentially have a congenital problem that could contribute to being abnormal.
