My dog is limping, not eating/drinking, with bruising. What's wrong?

My dig started limping 6 days ago then tge foklowing doy she couldnt walk, she hasnt eat un 5 days and know wont drink. On the 2 day she had big lumos under neth butknow are gone, she also have dark bruising on her stomach. I give her nutra stat. What could be wrong? I need to take her to vet but dont have money till the 1st. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 50 lbs

The face that she hasn’t eaten in 5 days and now won’t drink has name very concerned. Many different things could be causing her symptoms. Problems such as tick infestation like ehrlichia can cause these signs. Also fungal infections or cancer would be high on my list of possibilities. I worry that if she continues to not eat or drink she may not survive until the 1st. You may want to consider looking for financial help, applying for care credit, or calling your veterinarian for recommendations on possible funds or low cost clinics in your area.
