My cat has a burn. What can I put on it to relieve the pain?

Poor Alvin. You can put some coconut oil on it or even the neosporin that has “pain relief” in it. My biggest concern though is that if the burn is bad that it can be really painful and he may need a prescription pain medicine. Burns are also prone to beocoming really infected and even causing a systemic infection. I would have your vet take a look at it to see if he needs some oral antibiotics and oral pain meds. I do not recommend giving any human pain meds as most of these are toxic to cats. I hope this helps!
