Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 1 month and 5 days old | 20 lbs
My Dog's stool is Black and the vet said she has tapeworm infection and gave medicine! I gave it to her but her condition did not improve! Then again we went for blood test turns out to be some kinda infection followed by melena! He gave doxyrit! She is loosing weight followed by loss of appetite and not improving! She is being lathergic! I request you sir please help me! I don't want to loose my pet

The clinical signs in combination with the age of your dog are causes for concern for the parvovirus. I would make sure she is tested for this immediately, because of how aggressive this disease process can be. It often requires significant hospitalization and therapy in order to make things right.
