Why do my dog's ears stink and her skin is flaky? What can I do?

Adopted dog ears stink and skin is flaky. Do you have any recommendations?

If Zoey’s eats stink she may have an ear infection. I would recommend a vet visit to assess as using ear cleaners in an infected ear can be severely painful in some cases. You can try adding omega 3 fatty acids to her diet with fish oils capsules to help with the flaky skin.
