My dog had a nosebleed. Is it safe for a 2-3 hour car trip now?

My dog's nose was bleeding for more than an hour so, I took him to a vet and they gave him some injections. He's okay now, so can I take him on a long journey like 2-3 hours? Pet's info: Dog | Samoyed | Male | 2 years and 9 months old | 22.046 lbs

It sounds like Sunny lost a lot of blood with the nose bleed. If you can avoid the journey or even put it off until tomorrow it would be better for him to have a good rest. If you have to go make sure and keep him nice and cool and stop for him to have water and toilet breaks.
