My dog keeps licking his medicated shampoo. Is it safe? How to stop?

Good day! My pup was prescribed this (on photo). We were told to lather it up on him and leave it for 20 minutes. My problem is... he licks it and won't stop even when I clap my hands, distract him, or scold him (He has a bad temper, so when I try to gently maneuver his head away from licking himself, he growls...this little dipoop) will it be bad for him? I can't read the back portion of the bottle because it's written in another language.

It would not be good for him to be licking this. I recommend using an e collar or muzzle and taking him for a walk on the leash whilst it is on. I recommend some puppy socialization and obedience classes also and working on some basic training whilst he is still young enough to work on his behavior issues before he becomes unsafe
