I gave my dog Tramadol early. Is it safe to give the next dose?

Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | spayed | 2 years and 8 months old

I gave Sasha her tablet around 3/4pm but I’ve gave her, her bed time I at 12:40am her tablet is every 8/12 hours will she be okay if she’s had it a bit early I’m tired I’ve not slept with her for days her medication is tramadol 50mg and she’s a jackrussle thay weights 8.5kg

It is ok if Sasha has her Tramadol a couple hours earlier than normal. It is sometimes prescribed for use every 6 hours. The main side effect from dosing more frequently is sedation, and possible constipation. If you see these then it is a good idea to skip the next dose rather than dose too early.
