Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 10 years and 7 months old | 8 lbs
My 10 yr old cat's eye seems larger than the other, probably since birth but Ive only noticed it a few years ago. The pupil is larger too, as if it does not function along with the other eye. Once or twice, the eye was very watery- possibly from injury. That has not happened for at least a yr or so, but now it's starting to look cloudy. She's always seemed to misjudge jumps on occasion as if partially blind. She is healthy in every other way & the eye does not seem to bother her. Should I worry?

What a beautiful girl! It does look like her left eye and pupil are larger than the right. There could be a few reasons for this including increased pressure (glaucoma) or a mass behind the eye that pushes it forward and makes it appear larger. I would strongly recommend an examination by a veterinary ophthalmologist to fully evaluate her eye and her vision to see what can be done for her.
