My dog destroys things and barks when alone. Is it separation anxiety?

My dog acts out while left alone. She tears everything up such as: blankets or clothing and also barks or tries to bite when she barely sees someone who isn't even close to where we are. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 50 lbs
