Why is my guinea pig wobbling and has a glazed eye?

Hello, I have a guinea pig who has been having some balance issues. He seems to wobble/sway when he walks, sometimes falls over. We brought him to the vet and they ruled out ear infection, this was about a month ago. We were given vitamin c chews. His energy, eating/drinking is normal. Yesterday I noticed his left eye appeared glazed over (see attached) and I wanted to know if it looks like injury or if something internal is happening (possibly related to the balance issues?). Thank you!

It looks like Rolo has developed an eye infection, it may be a corneal ulcer or could be inflammation behind the eye. It could potentially be related to other issues but eye issues are relatively common in their own right. Regardless I would take him to the vet for an eye exam and according treatment.
