Dog flu vaccine: Recommended for training? Timing with spaying?

We wanted to take out dog for some training after she is spayed. The place we want to take her is currently having an outbreak of kennel cough/Flu and now they may require all dogs to have the flu vaccine in the future. Is this shot recommend? If so it's a two part shot how much time is in between each shot? Also should I do this after she is spayed or start the process now? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female

Kennel cough vaccines are generally a single dose every 12montgs and ideally i would not give 3days either side of an anesthetic or surgical procedure. It should be administered 7-10days before mixing with other dogs such s in kennels, classes or shows
