What to do if my puppy is vomiting white, lethargic, and won't eat?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 28 days old | 2.5 lbs

My chihuaha puppy is 5 months old and has been acting normally all day then around 8 tonight he started vomiting white spit type mucas and is very lethargic and refuses water or food actually turns away and tries to move away from both please help

It sounds as Tupac is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better
