How often to use Revolution for dog mange? Can they run around after?

My dog has the sarcoptic mange but not bad, all other dogs are treated too but do I treat every month or every 2 weeks with revolution? Can they run around the house after treatment? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 17 lbs

If you are using Revolution as a preventative, every month is fine. Normally, once we diagnose sarcoptic mange and are using Revolution as a treatment, we give a second dose 2 weeks after the first dose, then continue monthly after that. I usually recommend applying topical treatments at night, so you don't have to worry about them rubbing it off, but there isn't any reason that they can't run around the house after treatment.
