Is there a high risk of bleeding after male rabbit neutering?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | 1 year and 7 months old | 5 lbs

I have a male rabbit and is over 1 year old and I wish to castrate him . My only question is this:is it a high risk of haemorrhage in male rabbits after castration done?

No, rabbits would not be a particularly high risk for haemorrhage following castration once performed by an experienced vet. Nursing care of rabbits to prevent loss of body heat during anaesthesia is important as is good pain relief and early feeding after recovery
