My dog is licking top of his paw so much his hair is missing and there is some swelling and a sml amount puss

The paw looks infected, you will need to take Chalko to the vet as thie will need to be treated with antibiotics. he will also need to wear an e-collar for at least a few days to prevent him from licking.
