Why is my senior Shih Tzu suddenly having bladder and bowel accidents?

Our 10 yr d shitzu can't control his bowel or bladder even after being out messes in the home daily and he's taken out 3 4 times a day. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 10 years and 8 months old | 20 lbs

Hi there and thanks for posting! Loss of control of bladder can be due to a Urinary Tract Infection, spinal diseases, as well as older aging changes. I would have Rocco examined by a veterinarian soon to rule out these possibilities above.
