Why is my cat throwing up phlegm and making a squealing noise?

my cat betsy this just happened tonight but she's throwing up phlem when she does this she makes a sqealing noise what could be worng

Hi, Betsy could have something stuck that is causing her to vomit, she could have a gi infection causing her to be sick, or she could have parasites. I’m not sure how old she is but continued vomiting can be serious and I’d have a vet check her. Best to you and Betsy!
