My 14lb dog gets car sick and anxious. What can I give her?

Hi.i have a silky dog 7 years old and she is not a good traveler she gets into heavy breathing and very unsettled,what can i give her she ways about 14 lbs. Pet's info: Dog | Silky Terrier | Female | spayed | 7 years and 10 months old | 14 lbs

I think the answer depends on why Katie is getting unsettled. If she is nauseated, there are some medications to try for that. If she is anxious, there are other medications that may help with that. I have found that the best medications are prescription, so I would recommend contacting your vet for a suggestion. Again, there are both prescription anti-nausea and prescription anti-anxiety medications that may help.
