My dog is lethargic, won't eat, and hasn't peed. When to see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 6 years and 9 months old | 13 lbs

My Chiweenie has no appetite for 3 days now. Had a fever yesterday. Very lethargic. Will drink very small amounts of water but has not peed or pooped for a couple of days that I know of. I found a very raw spot under her arm yesterday from her biting I guess, looks better today. She won't get off the bed and just wants to sleep. How worried should I be?

Poor Bella! With her being a small breed dog and if she has truly not peed in a couple of days then I would be worried about her. She could be really dehydrated. There are several things that can cause her symptoms including parasites, a bacterial/viral infection, a toxin, liver or kidney disease and much more. I would have your vet look at her as soon as possible. Your vet will be able to do a thorough exam, assess her hydration, and do bloodwork if needed. Your vet will be able to give her fluids and the appropriate medications to help her feel better. I hope this helps!
