How to tell how far along my anxious dog's pregnancy is without a vet?

I am unsure of how far into the pregnancy my dog is, as she got pregnant sometime before I got my dog neutered (which was about 48 days ago) she is terrified of the car and I'm worried that if we take her to the vet she will miscarriage. She doesn't really liked to be held and touched too much and has lots of anxiety. Please let me know if you can estimate how far into her pregnancy she is. Sorry for the poor quality pictures. Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sadly we can not estimate how far along Snowy is by pictures. Dogs are only pregnant for 60-63 days. By day 28 you can see puppies on ultrasound and by day 50 you can see them on X-ray. I have personally never seen a dog miscarry from stress. If she doesn't give birth by 70 days from when you got your dog neutered you need to bring her to the Vet to confirm pregnancy or whether she is experiencing a false pregnancy.
