The past two days I’ve noticed my cats left eye has been watery towhere she could hardly keep it open this morning it was goopy and shut I took a warm rag and cleaned it it didnt appear to have any color to the discharge but what can I do to help her? We did recently get a new kitten and they play around a lot I’m wondering if maybe he didn’t scratch it by acciedent. But her eye looks swollen as well what can I do?

Poor Zadie! I would be worried the eye was scratched as well. A viral infection is also possible. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do at home aside from keep it clean. Zadie needs to see the veterinarian for an eye stain to check for a scratch and then she will likely receive medications to be applied to her eye. Zadie should also be wearing an Elizabethan collar to make sure she does not further injure the eye. Best of luck!
