My dog is almost one. Is it too late for his vaccinations and papers?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 11 months old | 50 lbs

Hi ok my dog is about to be 1 years old in November and I dont believe that he has had any of his shots. So I was wondering is it to late for him to get them and for me to get papers on him.

It's definitely not too late for FatDaddy to get his shots - you can do this at any age if they haven't been done already :) I'm not sure what kind of papers you're referring to here. You can certainly get a vaccination certificate for him from your vet, once the shots are given. If you mean AKC registration papers (or "papers" through some other kennel club), this will depend on whether his parents were registered or not.
