Why is my puppy licking hind legs, lethargic, and having accidents?

What could be wrong when my puppy is nipping and licking his hind legs and he list control of his bladder last night, as well as noticably lethargic? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 15 days old | 20 lbs

From the clinical signs you are describing I would b considered mostly with pain in the lower abdomen. This combined with loss of control go urinary function could indicate an infection or inflammation of the bladder. I would advise a trip to the vet for a urineanalysis to diagnose.
