Why is my 19-year-old cat licking, losing weight, and not eating?

My 19yo Cat has been licking at two areas. I just also found I am pregnant. He had a uti when he was younger that caused them to do surgery where he is licking at. His belly flab from surgery and his butt underneathe the tail. He has a flea collar on and was treated to fleas a few years back. Seems not his atention holic self at times and he just recently lost his appetite. I will most likely take him to the vet this weekend. I can also feel more of his bones then before like spine and ribs. Pet's info: Cat | Burmese | Male | neutered | 19 years old | 12 lbs

Please get him seen by your vet as soon as possible, behavior changes and weight loss in an older cat are always a concern. I would recommend blood and urine tests to rule out a uti, kidney issues or a hormonal condition such as diabetes or thyroid disease
