My cat has been bitten very badly by another cat, the vet prescribed me few antibiotics...but his face has swollen up. And his left eye is closed due to the swollen....today i tried to clean his closed eye...i saw white puss dripping from his eye and he is unable to close his mouth most probably he was hurt on his lips...will be okay within a week and is his left eye is damage?

HI, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Pussy Cat! I recommend having him rechecked as soon as possible. My worry is that the bite wound is now a closed abscess and needs to be lanced so it can drain. Antibiotics have a hard time penetrating a puss filled pocket. I would not recommend waiting a week. I hope this helps and I wish Pussy Cat a speedy recovery!
