My dog has lice, vomiting, and is weak. Is it anemia? No vet?

My dog had so many lice. She show a signs of vomiting, dizziness( sometimes it look lile she was paralyzed) and she doesnt not want to eat but she drinks water sometimes with a little amount. We can't take her to a veterinarian clinic because we dont have much money. What must we do? We also think that she is anemic because of having many lice, Are we right? By the way Im from Phillipines. It would be a great help if you. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 1 year and 1 month old

Hello, sorry to hear about Wendy. It definitely sounds like she may be suffering from anemia secondary to her lice infestation. If you could get a topical against lice made for dogs such as Frontline Plus and bathed her once weekly with a pyrethrin shampoo, this would at least kill and rid her of the lice then allow her some time to recover from the anemia. However, it sounds like she is suffering and should really be seen by a veterinarian soon. If you notice that Wendy becomes weaker, continued to vomit, and does not want to eat, then have her evaluated by a veterinarian immediately. Hope this helps and best of luck
