How to feed a malnourished kitten with limited food options?

Question

I'm from Australia but I now live on a remote island in the philippines & don't have access to proper pet food or vet services. I recently took in an abandoned kitten, possibly around 4 weeks old. She was malnourished & starving. UHT cows milk is the only one available & i didnt want to feed her cows milk anyway so started her on pureed chickpeas which other websites suggested. After 2 weeks I've started adding cooked veg but still pureed. Is this diet ok? Can you recommend anything else please? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 16 days old | 0.7 lbs
