My dog keeps vomiting food, then only saliva. What should I do?

My dog is been vomiting constantly, last night he vomit three times and now when we woke up, again, now is just like saliva but the first one was all his food. I don't know how can I help him. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Poodle | Male | neutered | 8 lbs

Vomiting in dogs can have a variety of causes, including intestinal parasites, dietary indiscretion, foreign material ingestion, or gastroenteritis, among others. If the vomiting hasn’t improved on a bland diet, I would recommend Puchiwilly be evaluated by a veterinarian to determine the underlying cause for his vomiting, have any necessary testing done (X-rays, bloodwork), and start any treatment that he may need to resolve the issue.
