My dog won't eat and is vomiting. She needs surgery, what now?

Hello doctor my dog as discharge problem she as a surgery to be done but she is not eating so doctor is saying she is not health enough to surgery I don't know how to make her eat coz she is not eating anthin if she does she vomit help me out thank you waiting for reply. I am sorry to hear that your pet is ill. Lazi needs some testing to determine what is making her so ill that she vomits right after eating. She could have a foreign body obstruction, kidney infection, liver disease or she could be septic. You won’t be able to help her unless she sees a vet and gets some testing done and medicaitons to help stabilize her conditon. I hope Lazi is able to make a full and speedy recovery from her illness.
