My dogs covered in a rash and refusing to eat

Poor steel! That raw looks nasty. If he is 80 pounds, I would give him 100mg of adult Benadryl (4 tablets of 25mg) twice a day to help with the rash. You can try to entice him with some plain boiled chicken (no bones) and rice to see if he will eat. If he won't eat or the rash isn't improving or anything stsrts to worsen, I would strongly recommend to see your vet. Your vet will be able to do blood work if need since he isn't eating. Your vet can also prescribe some antibiotics and stronger allergy meds like a steroid if needed. I hope this helps!
