Why is my dog still sick with labored breathing and head tilting?

I took my dog to the vet today for vomiting. She doesn't seem any better. Labored breathing, she keeps tilting her head up towards the ceiling. Pet's info: Dog | BullBoxer | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 21 days old | 42 lbs

Oh my. Daisy doesn’t sound very stable at al after her vet visit. She sounds like she is not getting adequate oxygen intake. This can be caused by a number of things including pneumonia, laryngeal paralysis, or even severe anemia. I would highly recommend taking her in to your nearest ER vet right away for further testing and care to help stabilize her condition a bit better.
