My cat has flea bite allergy. Can I give her fatty acids or Benadryl?

I believe my cat is having an allergic reaction to flea bites. Are fatty acids and Benadryl okay to use? If so what kind? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

Hi there and thanks for your post! Fatty acids can be beneficial to restore and maintain healthy skin barrier such as omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.
