My male chow has watery eyes all the time no hair in eyes I have been thinking it is allergy s this has been going on for a while and the vet dose not to concern about it

Hi there and thanks for your posting! Watery eyes can be a sign of an environmental allergy like pollen or dust or just caused by excessive hair growth around the eyes leading to eye irritation. You may want to try an prescription antihistimine to see if that helps at all. Diseases of the tear duct, like a tear duct blockage can also cause excessive watery eyes.
