I am very concerned about the symptoms you have described. I don't think that Guffi has something that will easily get fixed by a single injection. I would recommend that he be re-evaluated by the vet since the treatment did not work. Being a puppy, it could be related to him eating the chicken head, or it could be something else like a GI foreign body, bacterial or viral infection (including parvo virus), stomach ulceration caused by the chicken head, among a few other things. Guffi may need bloodwork, viral testing, or x-rays to see what is causing his illness so that he can receive the most appropriate treatment. Depending on the diagnosis, treatment could range from additional medications, to hospitalization for IV treatments, to surgery to remove something that is stuck in his GI tract.
