Poor Devi! He could be suffering from a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could have pancreatitis. I can give you a home remedy to try to see if that helps. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. I hope this helps!

Poor guy! You have done a good job of trying to keep Dukey hydrated, but he may still be dehydrated as long as he is continuing to vomit. Improving his appetite and stopping the vomiting can be tricky and there isn't much you can do for him at home. Your vet can give injectable fluids to increase his hydration as well as provide anti-nausea medications. Hopefully this will get him back to eating, as long as something more serious isn't going on. Because he is such a young puppy he should be seen by a vet sooner rather than later. I hope he feels better soon!
