Nala is beautiful! Sometimes inappropriate urination in puppies is simply that, they just haven't learnt properly where they should go. However in puppies that have been doing well/ are not making progress it is always a good idea to have a urine sample checked by the vet, urinary infections can be common, and there is always the chance of kidney issues. I would persevere with your training and eventually it will click. If you are concerned take a sample into your local vet.

Hi there! Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If Nala is having urinary accidents at home, it could be due to a behavioral or medical issue. Given that she is not acting herself, I think it would be a good idea to have her evaluated by your veterinarian to proceed with an examination and at least some labwork to for example look for any evidence of a urinary tract infection that could be easily treated. Other possibilities include urinary tract stones, among other conditions. Abdominal radiographs or ultrasound may be recommended by your veterinarian based on the initial findings. Good luck!

It could be that Nala isn't being a brat, she could be suffering from a medical illness such as a UTI or bladder stones causing her to urinate in the home. I would have her seen by a vet first thing in the morning for a physical exam, blood tests, and urinalysis. If she does have a UTI or bladder stones, the vet can prescribe treatment for her.
