My dog has red color near his eyes. Is it a stain or an injury?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 9.503 lbs

Simba got something red in colour near his eyes. They are somewhat like mosquito bite on our hands but red in colour. I attached some pics,it may be helpful u to ans. Thank you!

The actual eyelid does not appear hurt or abnormal. The red color appears to be from some other source - perhaps related to Diwali celebrations. Try to clean the area with just water and a cloth. I suspect the color will mostly come off after cleaning. Otherwise, there is no concern at the moment and Mosquito should be fine.
