Do cat flea allergies cause fluid-filled bumps under the skin?

When a cat is experiencing a flea bite allergy, will there be fluid filled bumps under the skin that can pop when squeezed?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Not typically. Usually fluid filled bumps or hives are seen with allergic reactions more than with flea allergy dermatitis. With flea allergy dermatitis, usually cats develop ulcerated lesions that tend to be very itchy. Good luck and have a good night!
