If Ikea literally hasn't moved in a week, she is probably urinating and defecating on herself and her surrounding area and that would be the cause of the smell. I would be extremely concerned about a dog that hasn't moved in a week, and that says the dog is extremely ill. This would be a medical emergency and you would need to get Ikea into a vet now.
