when my puppy was 10 weeks old he was diagnosed with pulmonic stenosis. He has also been vewry stiff when rises from a resting position. He is now a year old and its getting worse and is happening almost all the time. Can you tell me if this is because his heart condition and will it eventually get worse along with his heart congestion?

Poor Reggie! It could be secondary to his heart condition and his signs many continue to get worse. If he hasn't been to a cardiologist recently then it would be a good idea to have an ultrasound of his heart to see if the disease has progressed and if any medications would help.
