My dog has yellow snot and sneezes after neuter. Is it serious?

My dog got neutered yesterday and came home fine but 2-3 hours after I got him home he started sneezing and blowing through his nose lots. It started as clear fluid but this evening it is now a yellow/green fluid coming out of his nose. I’m wondering how concerned I should be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 9 months and 14 days old | 65 lbs

It is worth taking him back for a recheck but not as an emergency unless he is it eating or drinking . They do have to pass a tube and intimate him for the procedure and that can cause coughing and irritation but usually not a mucous discharge with excessive sneezing. This can be the start of an infection and he may need antibiotics
