I found a stray kitten. Very friendly. Seems healthy. But she has thick, gooey, yellowish discharge coming from her eyes. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 15 days old | 3 lbs

This kitten is suffering from an eye infection, it's very common in stray kittens and many of them lose their eyes to this disease if left untreated. fortunately the treatment is quite simple, take him to the vet ASAP and your vet will prescribe antibiotic eye ointment for him, this will solve the problem within a couple weeks.
