My cat just had kittens. Why isn't she cleaning them or letting them nurse?

Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 15 days old | 5 lbs

Hi my cat which is a ragdoll is having baby kittens right now she is 11 months old she just had her first kitten and it looks like she hasnt cleaned it properly the sack is still attached to kitten but it is full of it it is still wet and the mother seems to not be rolling over oroperly so the kitten can suckle im wondering if this is normal hope you can understand

Go ahead and gently clean the sac off of the kitten. You may need to tie off the umbilical cord if Mom is not attending to it. (Normally she will chew it off.) you can use a warm hand towel from the dryer to clean the kittens and stimulate them. Mom may not show interest in nursing until she is done delivering.
