My dog has bloody diarrhea, lethargic, anal abscess. Home remedies?

Question

Fresh blood in diarrhea. Lethargic. Unknown undigested stuff in stool. Frequent urgency to poop. Anal gland abcess, antibiotics didnt help. Anything I can do without going to the vet? We can barely pay rent as it is. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 7 years and 10 months old | 70 lbs
