My 10-year-old boxer has testicular cancer. Will it shorten his life?

My boxer dog is 10 years old and has testicular cancer. Will this kill him faster than he naturally would live to. He is epileptic also

Yes, it will probably kill him faster than he would naturally live, i would recommend having him neutered urgently, often this cancer is not metastasizing to other organs too fast and it could be a complete cure.
