Hiya my dogs licking and scratching really bad, just noticed under his armpit its red raw wet and pussey, looks as if the redness is spreading up his arm. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 3 months old

Poor Baxter. It sounds like he is suffering from an allergy or a skin infection. You can try to give Benadryl twice a day for the itchiness but I would contact your vet for an accurate dose dependent on your dogs weight and age. I would also put a cone collar on him to prevent the licking. If he doesn't stop licking it will not improve.
